Hi All!

We are excited to be able to return to practice!  With this reopening, things are going to look and operate a bit differently.  We have made several changes to ensure your and our safety as we resume operations:

To streamline administrative details, we have gone to a new platform:

goodtogo.janeapp.com

This system allows you to book online, create an account, prepay your visits, reschedule, and cancel your appointments.  This will reduce interactions in the reception area and with the credit/debit machine, reception computer, and telephone.

Please cancel if you have any fever, chills, cough, difficulty breathing, or have been in contact with anyone with those symptoms.  You will not be penalized for this.

Extra time has been allocated for proper sanitizing procedures and patient distancing.

Please bring your own mask and hand sanitizer if possible.

Please review the Covid-19 Screening Survey posted at the door, and do not enter if you are positive for any of the questions.  Let us know and we will cancel your appointment.

Arrive at your designated time, avoid being too early and having to wait.  We have removed most chairs in the waiting room.  If there are 2 people in the waiting room, please wait outside.

Push the door open with your elbow against the bar.

Please check yourself in:  goodtogo.janeapp.com/checkin

Sanitize your hands at the door.  We have sanitizer available if you forget yours.

Upon completion of your treatment, your payment and future bookings will be handled by your practitioner in the treatment room.

At the door, please sanitize your hands again, grab a clean tissue to pull the door open, exit, and deposit the tissue in the trash bin on your right.

 

We have taken many precautions to ensure both your safety and ours, but please be INFORMED that there is a RISK of viral transmission if attending our office.
